The concept: a crispy batter and then melting a layer of white chocolate and the unmistakable touch Japanese changing the setting: matcha green tea. From Okoicha specifically, a vintage made from sheets of the first pick carefully pounded in a stone mortar. Mixed with the dough before baking, the powder falls Cat's tongues bittersweet.
